Scope of collected data.

Using our service involves queries to the server on which it is hosted (ovh.com). While using the website, information about your activity may be recorded in server logs, such as your IP address, internet browser, visit time, and pages visited. These data are only visible to individuals authorized to administer the server. The service allows you to contact the Administrator and provide them with your identification, contact information, as well as the content of your message.

Source of data.

If contact has been made from your side with the Administrator, the data has been provided to us directly by you. If your data has been provided in connection with a matter handled by a person who referred that matter to the Administrator, then the source of the data is that person. In this case, the Administrator receives identification, address, and case-related data such as the description of the matter.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing.

Your Personal Data may be processed for the purpose of network traffic analysis, ensuring security within the Service, and customizing content to user needs based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). They may also be processed to respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form, provide requested offers, and conduct correspondence to address matters, based on your consent and the legitimate interests of the administrator, which includes fulfilling user requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR).

Right to withdraw consent.

You can withdraw your consent for the processing of your contact data at any time by contacting the Administrator. Withdrawal of consent may hinder or prevent contact with you. To withdraw consent, please contact the Administrator.

Obligation or voluntary provision of data.

Providing data related to handling your case is voluntary but necessary. Failure to provide them may hinder or prevent the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes. Providing data necessary for statistical analysis of Service users is voluntary. You can use the so-called incognito mode to browse the website without providing the Administrator with information about your visit to the Service. Using incognito mode, and therefore not providing data, does not affect your ability to use the Service.

You have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator access to your data, as well as to receive a copy of them (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • request from the Administrator rectification or correction of data (Article 16 of the GDPR) - regarding the request for rectification of data, if you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • request from the Administrator deletion of data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  • request from the Administrator restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) - for example, if you notice that the data is incorrect, you can request restriction of processing your data for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of this data);

Data retention period.

Your personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn or until the matter is resolved, and then until the expiration of the limitation period for claims related to its execution. Data related to network traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires.
